Your Subscription
When you sign on to try our Free Trial service, you are in agreement that the information you provide will be complete, true, accurate and current. You will also agree that you need to keep current, up-to-date information on your account at all times. You also agree that we can charge your account for the amount stated for the subscription to our service or services. We will accept payment for all services in US dollars only. Your subscription is for the term you specify during the checkout phase of the registration process, your wedding plan will be available online for the duration of the term. Your term will commence at the time your payment is received. Prior to the expiration of your term, you will be notified by email that your subscription is about to expire. At any time, during your term, you may elect to renew your subscription. If you do not renew your subscription prior to expiration of your term, your subscription with us will terminate and your wedding plan will no longer be accessible online.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your wedding plan. By content, we are referring to the text and images that are contained within your wedding plan. You may only use the MyWeddingHero.com services for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, pornographic, profane, or material protected by trade secrets. Any image that is uploaded using the functionality we provide has to be legally owned by you. Any images that are copyrighted should not be used or uploaded. This pertains to images from professional photographers, images from other website, other resources, books or magazine.
Any content that are considered unlawful may require us to remove your site from our service, in part or in whole. You are responsible for and you agree to not post content that is unlawful, obscene, vulgar, content that is defamatory in nature, content that is considered a harassment or a threat, or harmful to us and others using our services. You also agree to adhere to the laws governing child pornography, child or minor sexual exploitation, and that you will not infringe upon these laws.
Any infringement of the above listed actions will result in termination of service. If we feel that your actions are harmful to us and our users, and if you are violating Federal and States laws, we reserve the right to provide your account information to the rightful law enforcement agencies in order to protect our interest and the interest of our users.
Under no circumstances is MyWeddingHero.com responsible for the content you post on your wedding plan.
Copyright
Our site and each of it pages are protected under both United State and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws, and this includes logos, images, text, button icons, graphics and other website content. This site and the content contained within this site cannot be copied, reproduced, republished, reverse engineered, modified, transferred, distributed or displayed without written permission from MyWeddingHero.com. You may be given appropriate access to certain pages to copy or print materials within the said area from your computer for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Payment and Refund Policy
We will accept payment in US dollars only and payment will be collected via PayPal service. We will use the credit card information you provide to Paypal to charge your account for the fees. This will only occur at the beginning of each subscription period for each wedding plan you are responsible for as the primary account holder. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the transaction is complete. If the transaction cannot occur because of a billing error, we will attempt to contact you, let you know of the error and request that you provide Paypal with valid payment information. If the transaction is still unsuccessful, we will close your account.
Once your wedding plan is accessible online to you or your invited users, no refund will be issued. The term of your subscription will begin at the time you make your payment for each subscription period.
Subscription Renewals
Prior to the expiration of your subscription, you will be notified via email that your subscription is due to expire. You will be given the option of renewing the subscription for another term. If you choose to renew for another term, you will have to provide us new payment information or method. Your payment will be processed immediately upon acceptance of renewal. No refund will be issued if you select to renew your services.
